He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vachel and Minnie Talitha Krutsinger (Cohorn). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Krutsinger of Xenia; his children, Donna K. Payne (Randy) of Xenia, Douglas Lee Krutsinger (Rebecca) of Xenia and Gregory Neal Krutsinger (Karen) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Michael Payne (Misty), Melissa Slobodzian (Carl), Jeremie Hutchens (Shanna), Kena Krutsinger, Roxane Krutsinger (Patrick Randle) and Lillian Krutsinger.
