He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Clark and Jeanette I. Clark (McCullough); his sister Penny Ann Byrd; his brothers-in-law, Larry Byrd, James Tiller and Charles "David" Rachel; and his great grandchild Rorie Mae Hendrick.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. "Sandi" Webber (Ferris); his daughter Terri Dudley (Kelvin); his grandchildren, Zach Knobloch (Daniela), Chelsea Hendrick (Derek), Shelby Haars (Kolby), Logan Knobloch (Cassidy Baxter), Mark Wagner, Evan Webber (Courtney), Shailar Webber (Ian Vrooman), Corbin, Bria Webber, David Wade (Karleena), Danny Wade (Megan), Tiffanie Cooler (Josh), Stephanie Pagan (Kylee) and A. J. Blackwell; his sisters-in-law, Eleanor "Peaches" Tiller and Beatrice; and also, Lynne Knobloch (Paul), Wendy Wagner (Tim) and Rich Webber (Tanya). He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
