He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kieser and Lucille Kieser (Spahr); his brothers, David and Loris; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Kieser and Harry Herrmann.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma A. Moser; his children, Joseph (Geraldine) of Wyoming, Robert (Kelly) of Wyoming, Matthew (Tracy) of Bradford, Bradley (Rachel) of Wyoming, Barbara Fehr (Leslie) of Bradford, Mary Ann Wettstein (Craig) of Gridley and Donna Nenadov (Philip) of Wyoming; his sisters, Bertha Jean Herrmann of Princeville, Darlene "Jane" Leman (Marvin) of Princeville and Bonnie Kieser of Peoria; and his sister-in-law Shirley Kieser of Princeville. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
