He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Johnson and Janette Johnson (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Garda; and his children, Johnna Kincaid (Kyle) of Knoxville, Iowa and Mark Johnson (Sherri) of Caledonia, Michigan. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
