He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carlson; his daughter Angie Middleton (Mark); his daughter-in-law Tabatha Thomas; his grandchildren, Heaven Bennett, Ethen Thomas and Madisen Thomas; and his sister Linda Specht of Princeton, IL..
