He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Madsen and Viola Madsen (Bird). He is survived by: his wife Marsha Madsen of Tiskilwa, IL; his former wife Rebecca "Bunny" Madsen; his daughters, Carla Irwin (Chris), Jennifer Madsen and Katie Reuter (Ryan); his grandchildren, Jacob Irwin, Logan Reuter and Aubrey Reuter; his stepchildren, Erica McComber and Joel McComber (Holli); his stepgrandchildren, Cole Erven, Brooke Miceli and Alex McComber; and his sister Diane Ori (Bob).
