He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Sapp and Anita "Connie" Sapp (Conner); his sister Tracie Sapp; and his son Matthew Sapp. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Sapp (Elizabeth) of Buffalo, NY and Jacob Sapp (Marisa) of Reedley, CA; his grandsons, Calvin and Mason of California; his siblings, Wayne Sapp (Cathy) of Maysville, IA and Marilyn Hevener of West Lafayette, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Corey, Eric, Jennifer and Mariah.
