She was predeceased by: her brother Jim Kosmos (Penny); her godson Jeff; and her nephew Jeff. She is survived by: her children, Sue Nelson (Mark) and Michael Smolik; her grandchildren, David, Ty (Amber), Tim (Madi), Christina, Bridget and Jade; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Caleb, Cole, Briana, Brycen, Kambria, Colton, Avery, Preston and Skyler; her siblings, Tom Kosmos (Pam), Dan Kosmos (Donna) and Shirley Martinez (Steve); her godchildren, Steve Jr. and Becky; her nieces and nephews, Tracy, Tommy (Hara), Becky, Danny (Courtney), Jamie, Kayden and Steve Jr.; her significant other Enrique Fierro; and also, Brian and Debbie Glasgow.
