She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Smerek; her children, Susan Thillens (Mel), Ron Smerek (Lynn) and Janice Avino (Bob); her grandchildren, Cyndi Rosenberg (Robin), Lisa Heissan (Marc), William V Roppolo (Lucia), Michael Smerek (Chrissy), Jami Ryan (Dan), Dr. Robert Avino (Sarah Wells) and Nicholas Avino; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Emmett, Charlie, Joshua, Madeline Kate, Dylan, Gabriella, Jake, Colin, Billy, Jessica, Justine and Kabrie; her parents, Agostino and Amelia; her siblings, Louise, Mary (late Arthur Tarazoff), Enrico Coppolillo and Janice Pacella; and her sister-in-law Mary Magiera (late Henry).
Mass and Entombment will be Private. Due to the restrictions of COVID 19 the family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
