He is survived by: his wife Dawn Swiercz; his children, Lewis Garren (Angie), Stacy Hart and Matthew Hart, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Jordan; and his siblings, Stanley (Barbara), Darlene Borst (Donald), Dennis (Karen) and Charles (late Judy).
