He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Elsey. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Mark (Jennifer), Matthew, Christopher (Susan), Paul (Enna), Mary, Catherine Vicario (William), Theresa Marquardt (Jason) and Elsey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
