He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Welch and Eva Welch (Garrison); his siblings, Gladys Odell, Charles "Peanuts" Welch and Harold Welch; his wife Nettie Ann Welch (Milligan); and his daughter Maryann McMahon (Welch).
He is survived by: his daughter Gladys Arnold (Welch) of Staunton, IL; his grandchildren, Molly Wells (McMahon), John McMahon (Rachel), Becky Arnold and Monica McMahon; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Kenzie Wells, Eli McMahon and Nettie Ann Knott. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Worden Volunteer Fire Department in Worden, IL.
