He is survived by: his wife Kay (Maynard); his daughter Ardie Johnson (Steve) of Prairietown; his grandchildren, Steve Johnson, Jr. (Pam) of Alton and Jamie McGarvey (Kevin) of Bethalto; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Katie and Jakob; his brothers, Jack Kaylor (Pat) of Dorchester and William "Bill" Kaylor (Delores) of Wood River; and his sister-in-law Ruth Maynard-Wilson of Bethalto. He is also survived by his cat "Lovey"; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
