It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman E. Smith of Worden, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Smith and Wilmoth Smith (Swain); his daughter Annette Christine Smith; and his siblings, Herschel, Don Smith and Susan Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Y. Radford; his children, Donna Graves (Roger) of Worden, IL and Brian Smith (Rebecca) of Monclove, Ohio; his grandchildren, Seth Yates (Alicia), Rebecca LoDuca (Jim), Jeremy Yates (Courtney), Bradley Stumpf (Gabriella) and Micaela Collins; and his sister Ruth Ann Hoagland of Birch Tree, Missouri. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
