She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Phillips and Grace Phillips; and her siblings, Dwight Jr. "Sonny" Phillips, Delores "Dee" Barnhill (Jack), Marilyn Keiper (John), Leroy "Butch" Phillips (Mary), Sandra "Sandy" Albright (Jim) and Anna "Annie" Foster (Rick).
She is survived by: her husband Everett Rein of St. Paul; her children, Everett Jr. (Kathy) of Edwardsville, IL and Christine Royer (Robert) of Staunton, IL; and her grandchildren, Cody, Jacob, Jared, Amanda, Emily, Eric (Robin) of Collinsville, IL, Joshua, Tristan, Jason (Danice) of Springfield, IL, Samuel and Charlotte.
