It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Herbert Moehle of Worden, Illinois, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn "Mitz" Weishaupt; his fathers, Sam Moehle and Louis Engelke; and his sisters, Adeline Best and Melba Dezort.
He is survived by: his children, Kurt Moehle, Sheri Grzesiowski (Matt), Kay Gerlach (John) and Doug Moehle (Christine); his grandchildren, Stephen (Erin), Michael (Emily), Kevin (Maggie), Tim (Kristen), Sam (Rachel), Amanda, Ben (Adison), PJ (Samy), Lucas (Andrianna), Jason (Andrea), Lauren (John) and Clare; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Katy, Connor, Mae, Chloe, Riley, Charlotte, Henry and Charlie; his nephew Scott (Diana); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devon (Caitlyn), Matthew and Maddie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church-Renovation Fund, Worden, IL in lieu of flowers.
