We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 72, Eldon Wayne Schmidt of Worden, Illinois, born in Highland, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schmidt and Alma Schmidt (Sievers); and his siblings, Ruth Coatney, Doris Schmidt and Norman Schmidt.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Schmidt (Heine); his sister Carol Prange (Paul) of Bridgeton; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Schmidt of Carlinville, James Heine (Rose) of St. Louis and Raymond Coatney of Carlinville. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
