Kampmann Jr. of Williamson, IL, John Kampmann (Dorothy) of Williamson, IL, Gene Eric Kampmann of Williamson, IL, Michael Kampmann (Kris) of Livingston, IL, Donna Iakovigis (Panagiotis) of Winter Haven, FL, April Kampmann (Randolph Orellana) of Edwardsville, IL and Patrick Kampmann (Lynn) of Edwardsville, IL; her grandchildren, Gina, Tina, Kenny, William III, Victoria, Marcus, Kaylee, Cody, Jessica, Nathaniel, Andrew, Layla and John Jr.; and her brothers, Lester Fudge of Alton, IL, Eddie Fudge of Sorento, IL, Mike Fudge of Collinsville, IL and Arthur Fudge Jr. of East St. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
