He is survived by: his children, Dennis Miller of Edwardsville, Sarah Miller (Phillip Hensley) of Owensville, Missouri and Cameron Miller of Edwardsville; and his stepdaughters, Lee Ann Bollinger (Mike) of Maryville, Illinois and Jae Lynn Kuberski (Mike) of Granite City, Illinois. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
