He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Kline and Martha Kline; his siblings, Don Kline, Eddie Kline and Edith Kline; and his nephews, Kelly Kline and Tim Kline.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Wernstrum); his daughters, Kimberly Kozak (Art) and Nicole Horvat (James); his grandchildren, Cassandra Barrett (Sam McDaid), Thomas Barrett, Tyler Barrett, Andrew Horvat and Annalise Horvat; and his brother James Kline (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Woodstock Fire Rescue District in memory of Bill.
