We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2021, at the age of 76, Vito Andrea Racanelli of Woodstock, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Racanelli and Lucille Gianfrancesco; his former wife Wanda Lee Racanelli (Roberts); and his sisters, Katherine, Carmen and Sara.

He is survived by: his wife Maxine Racanelli; his sons, Erik (Vlada), Vito (Courtney) and Anthony (Christen); his stepchildren, Kendra (Rowdy) and Joseph (Abigail); and his grandchildren, Baron, Raphael, Erika, Isabella, Alastair, Luciana, Vito, Carmen, Rylee and Everlee.

Vito enjoyed motorcycling and used this past time serving 25 years as the Chicagoland Task Force Leader of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's, Ride for Kids, raising money for research into childhood brain cancer.
