It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Shafer of Woodstock, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Waihman and Rogene Waihman; and her siblings, Glen Waihman, Vernon "Bud" Waihman and Sharon Angel.
She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sons, Russ Shafer (Luann Gran), Ken Shafer (Donna), Jim Shafer (Brenda), Phil Shafer (Christine) and Matt Shafer (Asa); and her sisters, Lynn Blumhurst (Dave) and Karen Duel (Rick).
