He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Applegate; his children, Jennifer Seegers, Jr. (Robert) of Woodstock, Charles Madjak (Barb) of Crystal Lake and Kerri Hagy (Paul) of Hinsdale; his grandsons, Brett, Cade Seegers, Grant and Charles Hagy; his nephew Rob Madjak (Susan Schmidt); his niece Lisa Hogan; his son Chip; his son-in-law Bobby; and his friend Batavia.
