He was predeceased by: his grandfather Russell Sawyer; and his uncle Sean Sawyer. He is survived by: his parents, Sean Hartney and Erin Hartney; his sister Miranda Hartney; his grandparents, Robert Hartney (Nancy), Donna Hartney and Verona Sawyer; his aunts, Christa Beristain (John), Tara Luzader (Mike), Dina Schlack (Mike) and Keli Yonkers (Rich); and his uncle Tim Hartney. He is also survived by friends as a kind young man who possessed the rare gift of making friends.
