He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Devona Foley and Francis Joseph Foley; his wife Linda; his children, Michael (Emily) of Grayslake, IL. and Leah Wurz (Matt) of Cottage Grove, WI.; his grandchildren, Owen, Will Foley, Lucinda and Amelia Wurz; his siblings, Susann Steffen (Melvin), Phillip Foley (Ellen), Edward Foley, Bridgett Prewett (Walter), Roberta Dougherty (Robert) and Ronald Foley (Marisela); and his siblings-in-law, Pat Mecum (Dana) and Bill Huebsch. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
