LaVerne was predeceased by: parents, Carl Gustafson and Sylvia Gustafson (Larson). LaVerne is survived by: daughters, Dana Meyer (Casey) and Candice Gustafson-Smith; and grandchildren, Rylan Meyer, Colin and Caden Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schneider Leucht Merwin Cooney Funeral Home (1211 N Seminary Ave, Woodstock, IL 60098). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery (11301 US 14 Frontage Rd, Woodstock, IL 60098).
