He is survived by: his children, Jane Svensson, Ted Washburn, Tom Svensson (Claudia), Sharon Fruh (Aaron), Gail LoBue (Steve) and Carol Fruin (Ross); his cousin Gunnel Strand; his grandchildren, Heather Gresham (Jeremy), Erika Burrows (Fred), Maria Fernanda Svensson, Rachel Cuccias (Matthew), Liz Wann (Stuart), Hannah Mateer (Chris), Nathan Fruh, Kari Peitz (Jeff), Katrina Couture (Brandon), Eric LoBue, Hayden Fruin (Kenzie) and Emilie McGowan (Jeremiah); and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Luke, Julia Gresham, Christian, William Burrows, Avery, Asher, Levi, Camille Larsa Cuccias, Ellie, Parker Wann, Ambrose and Laurence Mateer.
