He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Mitchell (Deady); his children, Justin Smith (Mary), Michelle O'Leary (Jason), Karen Trutsch (Roger) and Shaun Will (Jason); his siblings, Diane O'Donnell (Sean), Cheryl Hofweber, Tom Smith (Mary Beth) and Jeffrey Smith (Rob Rodi); and his grandchildren, Bryanna, Kiara, Aiden, Sophia, Arthur, Mia, Anastacia, Andrew, Elaina, Lucia, Joseph, Teresa, Mariana and Zelie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
