He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Learman and Marie Learman (Halter); his brother Joseph; and his son Jason. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Fred Jr. (Diane), Mike (Chris) and Steve; his daughter-in-law Candy; his grandchildren, Cayla (Zach), Michael (Lauren), Andrea, Amber (Peyton), Ben, Cameron, Nichole, Harrison Learman, Nora, Ally, Nataleigh Nichol, Andrew and Nicholas Sloat; his sisters, Linda Kelly (Thomas) and Laurie Pingitore (Jim); and his sister-in-law Wendy Learman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
