With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edwin R. Fischer of Woodstock, Illinois, born in Crystal Lake, Illinois, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Fischer and Mary Fischer (Hunter); his wife Charlotte Mitchell; and his siblings, Maxine and Norman.

He is survived by: his children, Roger Fischer (Amy), Robert Fischer, Charlene Smith (Alvin), Susan Fischer, Wendy Kerwin (Brian) and Heidi Watson (Rich); and his sister Loraine Knudson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
