He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Johnson and Ilene Johnson (Ehrke). He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Johnson, Barbara Walsh (James), Donna Rhodes (Thomas) and Kathy Peters (Edward); and his nieces and nephews, Stacey, Mike, Tommy, Colleen, Kathleen, Carrie, Laurie, Jay and Ross.
