He was predeceased by: his parents, Heerke Halma (Harry) and Trintje Halma (Tina); and his brothers, Klaas (Janie), Minne (Carol), Martin (Carol) and Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his daughter Rebecca (Chris); and his sisters, Tjet Knapp (David Knapp) and Jann Danielle (Goerge Danielle). He is also survived by three sisters in law, many loved nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
