Denver McCowan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Denver McCowan of Woodstock, Illinois, born in Clintwood, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferd McCowan and Icy McCowan (Branham); his brothers, Wayne McCowan and Edgar McCowan; and his stepson Dean Ehrke.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ehrke (Barry) of Woodstock; his children, Jeff McCowan (Linda), Daniel McCowan (Peg), Nichole Hensgen (Aaron) and Tammy Zelinski (Justin); his stepchildren, Robert Ehrke (Nancy), Lea Ehrke and Dawn Ehrke; and his siblings, Palmer McCowan, Donald McCowan, Phyliss Gilbert and Rosalie Fleming (Farris). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
