He was predeceased by: his parents, Barton Lewis Sr. and Mildred Williams; and his niece Gwen Conner. He is survived by: his wife Diane Mollencamp; and his children, Brian Lewis (Domenica), Valarie Lewis, Bill Lewis and Susie Hansen (David). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
