Barbara Shinabarger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2025, at the age of 72, Barbara Shinabarger of Woodstock, Illinois, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert Shinabarger. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan (Amy), Daniel, David (Valerie) and Rachel; her granddaughter Chloe; and her brother Robert Kenney.
