He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Shoemaker (Repp). He is survived by: his father Jimmie Shoemaker; his wife Debbie Shoemaker; his children, Patrick Shoemaker, Jesse Shoemaker (Maddie Myers) and Brittany Shoemaker; and his siblings, Sue Van Den (Rich) and Paul Shoemaker.
