He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James J. Burke and Vivian J. Craddock Burke; his wife Patsy Wood; his children, James R. Burke (Laura) of Murrayville and Amy Quigg (Jeff) of Murrayville; his grandchildren, Cole Burke, Kalleigh Burke, Vivian Peters, Charlie Peters, Sophie Quigg, Zoe Quigg and Austin Quigg; and his brother James P. Burke (Sylvia) of Franklin.
Due to the pandemic and understanding that only 50 people can be in the funeral home at one time, a walk-through visitation will be held 4-6 p. m. Thursday at the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
