She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle D. Lewis and June Little Lewis; and her brother Michael Lewis. She is survived by: her son Brock Tendick (Ella); her grandson Judiah Tendick; her siblings, Debra Lewis of Jacksonville, Marsha Lewis of Jerseyville and Leonard Lewis of Jacksonville; and her pet Lily. She is also survived by her son, daughter-in-law and grandsons.
Memorials are suggested to her grandson's education fund.
