He is survived by: his mother Betty West Stout; his wife Denise Cochran; his son Joshua Coultas of Jacksonville; his nieces and nephews, Jim Howerton, Jr., Wesley Howerton, Heather Baker and Chrissy Dirden; and his sister Connie Baker of Woodson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
