"Bill" and Lillian Wiggins; his brothers, Robert Wiggins (Kathryn) and Dennis Wiggins (Mary); his nieces and nephews, Charles Wiggins (Kari), Beth Lofgren, Dominique Bennet (Brad), Heath Mashburn and Karalyn Mashburn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, Wesley Wiggins, Ayana, Lukas, Bella Lofgren, Sloane, Archie Bennet, Summer, Scarlette, Owen Mashburn and Dominik Peyton.
