He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor J. and Terese Martinka, Sr.; and his brother Paul Gerard Martinka. He is survived by: his wife Rasa Regina Norkeviciute; his stepdaughter Edita Dragusin (Iulian); his siblings, Victor Martinka, Jr. (Jan) and Donna Dethlefsen (Tony); his nieces, Vicki Martinka-Petersen (Chris) and Pam Schieffer (Jerry); and his great-nephews, Calvin Petersen, Jonny Schieffer and Jacob Schieffer.
