He is survived by: his wife Eleanor DePirro; his daughters, Nancy Lacke (Phil) and Marianne Duitsman (Tim); his grandchildren, Bradley, Nicholas, Christopher, Crystal, Leah and Michael; and his great grandchild Keaton.
