With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lois F. Hamilton of Woodridge, Illinois, born in Flaherty, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel T. "Sam" Hamilton; her parents, Joseph Dennis "Cotton" and Anna Delphine Wathen; and her sisters, Dot Walker and Janet Taylor (Tony).
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hamilton of Downers Grove, IL, Bruce Hamilton (Sunaree) of Willow Springs, IL, Doug Hamilton (Kim) of Naperville, IL and Sandy Reeser (Dave) of Bartlett, IL.; her grandchildren, Nida Siefferman (Brian), Kristy Barriere Hamilton (Kaitlyn), Ben, Genevieve Hamilton, Jake, Nate and Luke Reeser; her great grandchild Samantha "Sammy" Siefferman; and her siblings, Rosie Medley (late G. D.), Patsy Crutcher (late David), Mary Jo Medley (late Phil), Beth Minter (Dude) and Joe Wathen (Carol).
Lois used her sewing talents to make masks during the pandemic and baby blankets for charities.
