She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Newman and George Howard; and her brother Gregory Howard (David Andersen). She is survived by: her former husband Gary Davis; her husband David Andersen; her children, Jeffrey Davis (Tracy) and Juliana Lipowski (Dara); her siblings, George, Angelique and Gabrielle Howard; and her pet Kali.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests a donation to the "Leslie Andersen '74 Scholarship Fund" at her alma mater, Smith College.
