She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter Bialek; her sons, Joe (Tina) and Tony (Katie); her grandchildren, Tyler, Charlie, Ryan and Addison; and her siblings, Mariann, Diane and Teresa.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Kathy's memory to the American Cancer Association.
