He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Papke and Jean Papke. He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Pihl (Brad); his niece Betsey Doebler (Dan); his nephew Bradley Pihl Jr.; his great-nephew Josiah Doebler; and his great-niece Charis Doebler (Mike Miller).
