He was predeceased by: his sister Janice Czubak (Jai); and his nephews, Bryce DeVos and Dominic Kieltyka. He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbie"; his siblings, Paul Kieltyka and Eileen Sutherland (Kelly); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Moore, Adam Sutherland, Angie Agan, Austin Sutherland, Alexander Czubak, Ray Croom, Jr., Ryan DeVos, Joseph Kieltyka and Nicholas Kieltyka.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church (701 Plainfield Rd, Darien, IL 60561).
