She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Moore and Pearl Moore; her significant other Edward Neal Belt; her brothers-in-law, Howard Rose and Dial Hewlett; her children, Edward Neal, Jr. and Patricia Mathis (Robert); her sister Lydia Marie Hewlett; her daughter-in-law Gail Belt; and her grandchildren, Cannon Lambert (Amy), Gwen Isoke (Latrice), Edward Neal III, Danielle Antoinette, Patricia Ann Cudjoe (Thomas), Christopher Harold, Nicholas Arthur and Mazel Bernadette. She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
