He was predeceased by: his father Fred Fuller; his wife Joyce Ann Fuller (Fairchild); and his sister Betty Casada. He is survived by: his sons, Robert E. Fuller, Jr. (Cindy) of Troy and Mark Fuller (Renee) of Highland, Illinois; his granddaughters, Cassie Fuller of Highland, Illinois and Kelly Fuller of Highland, Illinois; and his siblings, Donald Fuller of Carmi, Illinois and Wanda Terhune (Dave) of Mount Vernon, Illinois.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
