He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bumgarner and Pearl Bumgarner (Sutherland); and his brothers, Clyde Bumgarner Jr. (Ginny), Ray Bumgarner (Dorothy), James Bumgarner, Morris Bumgarner and Marvin Bumgarner (Della).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bumgarner; his daughter Vicki; his son-in-law Bill Harrell of Woodlawn; his granddaughters, Elizabeth of Memphis, TN and Erin Harrell of Memphis, TN; his brothers, Virgil Bumgarner (Erma) of Salem and Ralph Bumgarner (Georgia) of Sandoval; and his brother-in-law John Hohlbaugh of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Memorials may be made in Mr. Bumgarner's honor to the Mission Salem and will be accepted for his family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia 234 South Elm Centralia, IL 62801.
